PCD-tipped finishing edge banding cutters; are used in edge banding machines with pre-milling slot; before edge banding process of chipboard, MDF and coated materials. These cutters provides excellence surface quality and prepares the edges for the banding process. PCD-tipped finishing edge banding cutters perform up to 40 times longer lasting than tungsten carbide products. The aluminum body makes the spindle motor bears less force than the welded PCD-tipped finishing edge banding cutters and the extra chip breaker parts increase the surface quality performance and life of the product.
